Non-refundable Booking Fee, Rescheduling, No shows, and Refund Policy

Nano-blading (Machine Microblading), Ombre Powder Brows, and Nano Hybrid (Machine Microshading) are all a semi-permanent to permanent procedures that requires 2 sessions or more, which will be scheduled 6-8 weeks after your initial session. By scheduling this appointment, you agree that you are at least 18 years of age and will follow the aftercare instructions provided. This is a two-step process and Individuals understand that they shall communicate any changes desired at the initial appointment. There are no guarantees with aftereffects of the procedures and results are not guarantee due to various factors that can affect ink retention. We cannot guarantee successful results on all clients especially those with skin difficulties and do not offer refunds as we have carried out the treatment at a cost to us. If a full refund is still requested after both sessions are completed, we will need to process the request and information through our insurance for further review before making a final decision. 

 

A non-refundable fee of $50 is required to guarantee your appointment. Deposits will be applied towards the cost of your service. The booking fee is non-refundable but transferrable to other available services with Simplee Brows. The cancelling of this appointment for any reason will forfeit your booking fee/ Deposit.

 

We require a 48-hour notice of cancellation. If you are late for more than 15 minutes to your appointment, call to cancel in less than 48 hours, and is a no show to your appointment; any deposits made will be forfeited. Additional deposits will be required for rescheduling.

 

If you are a no show to your appointment, you forfeit all booking fees/ deposits and will be required to pay half the cost of the procedure with an additional booking fee/ deposit in order to schedule any future appointments. A second no show will result in you being ban from future scheduling with Simplee Brows LLC.

Clients are allowed to reschedule twice only. The free touch up at 6 weeks must be done within 3 months. Failure to keep your appointment with repetitive rescheduling will forfeit the free touch up and anything beyond the 3 months will be consider a color-boost and require the colorboost fee at $125.00

​

There is no refund if a client is a no show to their touch up or does not schedule within the 3 months grace period after the first initial session, as the touch up is a free session. 

 

 How long does the appointment take?

Each procedure can take anywhere from 2 to 4.5 hours or more.

My Brows are Gone! / Healing Phases

Part of the normal healing process is that the hair strokes will look darker and thick; as well as fade after a few days of the procedure. The reason for this is because the scratches are healing. If you are familiar with tattoos, this healing process is similar. Once the new skin layer forms it will appear as though the ink have completely gone, however after a few days, ink that is retained under the skin layer will resurface. It is also important to follow your aftercare instruction and keep the area clean as possible to avoid any complications and have better results for ink retention. Areas that did not retained ink will be touch up at the second session.

Can I bring my children, friends, and family members to the appointment?

We do not recommend bringing children under the age of 12 to the appointment, however, if you find that you are not able to find childcare, you can contact us to work something out and/or reschedule for another time and day. If you do bring friends and family, it is our policy that they wait in the waiting area or car while treatment is done. We value the privacy of our clients and also to perform the best work we require that there is no distraction during the procedure.

Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years of age to receive any permanent cosmetic procedures.

The Process

Prior to making an appointment, we ask that each individual review the information learn more to see if they are a candidate for any permanent cosmetic procedures. Before the procedure there will be a consultation to get a better idea of your permanent cosmetic goals. We will go over important topics as medications, and medical conditions, and you will save a waiver and consent form. Allergy test if you request it. Your brows will then be mapped and shaped to a natural form that is suitable for your face with your approval. Once you are satisfied with the shape and color, we will then move on to the procedure.

What is the difference between Nano-blading (Machine Microblading), Nano-hybrid (Machine Microshading), and Ombre Powder brows?

Both Nano-blading, Ombre-hybrid, and Ombre powder are semi-permanent to permanent cosmetic tattoo that enhances or adds hair like strokes to your brows. Nano-blading is done with a machine tool that creates an incision to mimic hair like strokes. Ombre-hybrid on the other hand is hairstrokes in the front with a define shape from the mid-section to the tail. Ombre brows are often done by machine and offers a powderier look with faded front and crisp tail effect. This method created a softer powdered effect that resembles brow pencil or powder.

How long does Nano-blading/ Ombre-Hybrid/ Ombre brows last?

Many factors will play an important role in ink retention, for example, aftercare, skin type, medications, and environmental elements, etc. Results are never guarantee. However, if the ink retention is good, results may last up to 6 months to 3 years, or even longer. For oily skin it may last up to 6 months to a year and will require more frequent sessions. It's important to know that everyone heals differently and will have different results, Simplee Brows LLC does not guarantee the same results for each individual or results.

Allergies/ Allergic Reactions

You will be asked to fill out a questionnaire regarding your current health, allergies, and/or current medications. This is extremely important to know for your safety as we do not want any complications to arise during and after the service. However, we do not guarantee any aftereffects for the procedure. Allergy testing is optional and can be requested during consultation. If an allergic reaction should occur after the procedure such as swelling and redness in the brow area with discharge and showing signs of an infection, please notify me and head to a nearby urgent care or your primary care for further treatment. If any other concerns, please contact me and I will further address.

Is the brow procedure painful?

The pain level may vary from individuals. Numbing cream is applied prior to the procedure for 15 to 25 minutes and a second numbing agent is applied after the first pass to help ease any discomfort. Any swelling or redness is normal after the procedure.

I am certified, licensed, and insured in permanent makeup as well as properly trained through one of the best academies, Phibrows Academy and have been certified through other reputable trainers or academies. I have been in this industry for 7 years and continue to expand my skills and knowledge in the PMU industry.

We reserve the right to refuse our services. If you violate any of the terms and conditions including our aftercare instructions or suggestions we will not be liable and have the right to cancel any treatment/ services in the future.
